They are personalised by hand using high quality HTV (NOT EMBROIDERY) and the help of professional machinery in our home office.
(Please note: If giving to a young child or baby, please supervise, as if the area with vinyl is chewed for example, it may cause it to lift and this can be a choking hazard.)

All orders will be dispatched within 14 working days via Royal Mail 1st class.
All orders are created by me so this means at busier times the timescale from purchase to estimated delivery date may be longer. If REQUIRED URGENTLY or if the event date is close to the estimated delivery date given please get in touch via message on social media before ordering to confirm it will be with you in time.
Please allow up to two weeks before dispatch for personalised items. All orders are sent with Royal Mail using signed for postage.
Returns
We accept returns on all items except those which have been personalised. If there is a fault with your order, please message me immediately, No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
